here you go ebb&flow:
2 trays(one larger,smaller)
regular drain fitting(any hardwarestore)
a regular pvc1"pipe- 6"long(adjustable overflow)
a sump pump(small, generally used in outdoor ponds)
a hose to fit the pump and goes to the drain...
ok 1)the small tray needs two(watertight)holes
a. in the center(for the drain)
b. anywhere you like onthe bottom
2)install the drain, install the overflow pipe
3) take hose and connect it to the bottom of the drain fitting, and also to the pump...there is your growing table
ok 1)drop the pump into the larger of the trays(fill with nutreint rich water(ph 5.0-6.5 ideal)
2)center the overflow pipe over the reservoir
voila...when the pump comes on it brings water up the drain into the growing table and you adjust how much water is in the table by raising or lowering the overflow pipe...bang the pump goes off(hopefully by a timer)(i'm so lazy)the remaining water the overflow missed is drained out the drain and through the pump(off) into the reservoir...where the cycle begins anew
happy growing dav
draw a picture it might help...it's really to simple
