Description	After a long time of talking and playing around with the idea of growing, in late June 2001 I started what is now my garden. I did a little experimentation. First, I used two (6in. X 24in.) window box planters to get my seeds started. In the first, I placed groups of 10 seeds together on top of the dirt the entire length of the box. About a total of 50 seeds. In the other, I placed the seeds under the dirt. I covered both with peat moss. The seeds placed on top of the dirt and covered with moss grew best. Next I brought them from my patio and placed them in my closet under 24hr florescent light (a total of 160W). About 10 seedlings grew to around 23in. tall. I cut the dirt like pieces of cake and placed them in four 15in pots. They grew very slow, tall, and thin. I started playing with some clippings and getting them to take root. In early Sep. I bought a 430w HPS and replaced the fluorescent

got too close to the HPS	this is what will happen, if you let your girls get to close to some lights. no problem touching the fluorescents but cant get too close to the HPS. (5-6in. is too close).	03/07/02

Up close look at the CRYSTALS.	I let the crystals tell me when to harvest my plants, to see them i use a jeweler's loop 14X (10X will work). Any way, at first the crystals will be too small to see, but 2 weeks into flowering you should be able to see that the ends look like mushrooms,and they will apear clear (you can see through them),i look my plants over every day(looking at th crystals). when the crystals turn frosty or (opaque)it is time to harvest. this is the best pic i could do with the cam. and the loop being used together together.	03/09/02

It was worth it, in the end.	at the top left Hydro of unknown type, more brown and darker than the hydro (Northernlights) that is on the right. Two very distinct highs and tast.(The Shit). Total wt, in this shot is 1.5-lbs. All for Me.	04/03/02
