| Description | This was a grow-op I performed about a year ago but I never posted the pics, The Operation started in my dorm room them moved to a buddy's off campus house to flower...sad thing is all these plants died due to a week long power loss and loss of water...sad. but hey the fact that I almost grew some pretty good shyt at school is still pretty kik @$$ and I'll be back in the game B4 U know it.
Specs: Lights; I used a 60 watt compact floro for veg, then we used a couple more for flowering. I discovered that bud will grow with just about any kind of light, but if u want to grow larger, denser buds, u gotta use a lot of GOOD light. I just didnt have the $$$ for that shyt (aka HPS and MH)
The soil I used was a cheap bag of potting soil from the super market...brilliant (always pay cash for growing supplies! never use anything that can tie your ID to a purchasde...)

a view of the garden at about 3 weeks. the smallest seedling (nicknamed the retard) we allowed to grow in a yogurt cup by the window b/c it wasn't getting enough light. it started growing very slowly and grew alternate nodes almost from the start...my roomate and I considered it bad genetics so it became the experiment. |

now that i think about it, I really have no idea how long they were growing when I took all the top view/ side view shots of these two plants, but it was probably around 2-3 weeks into the grow. here's a top view of the slightly smaller #2 |

here she is from the side...an interesting note: all three plants (even the retard) were female...it would have been nice if they hadn't died. |

a garden shot, maybe a week later? I'm not sure but the important thing to notice (despite the shyttiness of my cam) is the size of the retard in the lower right corner of the pic...it's so small. I didnt even care if it lived then, i kinda wish now that it had...cuz i'd have had more smoke. |

alright, between the last photo and this one, a lot happened. to start, #1 was topped after the 5th? node, and the fan leaves were removed to force more growth at the nodes. it worked like a charm and sent up 4 main branches from nodes on the main stem that would have all budded. #2 was left alone and grew a solid cola on the main stem. I topped #1 B/c i ran out of space in that box and had to do something quick, this was all before i found an alternate location for the flowering. the retard in the lower part of the picture grew alot with the switching to 12/12, and what is upwith the three fingered fan leaves???? IDK, it would have yeilded something worth smoking.... |

it had just started preflowering and was looking slick.. you can't see them very well, but there are 4 main budding sites. i miss that plant... |
