a comprehensive reply would take me ages, keep surfing for info, you will find what you need to know, i wouldnt start until i'd verified that your light is suitable, plants will need very specific types of light at different stages, i doubt if your uv will be adequate. try searching under 'hydroponics'. good luck ;-}
