: got some seeds from amsterdam.planted in April and they live in my garden. mum wont have them in the house anymore because they're huge! thing is they're not liking the cold months of the UK. they are 7.5 months old now & are covered in buds, although relatively small. i'm not really sure what i should do ( well i havn't been all along but they seem to have done really well until now), shall i just pick them and smoke them rather than leave thwem to die? they've got to do something right?

Hi

My friend has plants and done something similar what you did, planted them outside. Where we live (UK)its freezing this time of year. You say its covered in buds, right? Well he let it grow until the buds joined together. It started to change colour. This was it ripe. Cut it at the stem. Hang it upside down on a clothes line. Leave it for 4-5 days in a dark dry room. You can cut the leaves off it to speed it up. The leaves are just as potent as the buds. My mate left the leaves on and therefore waited the extra 2 days. Its worth it. After 4-5 days thats it. Strip it down and get stoned. Dont let light into the buds it takes some of the strenght away.

I would love to know how you grew the plants from the start, whats lights, nutrients etc. Can I have your e-mail address, I would love to know how you got on with the buds after you dried them.

e-mail me st@heaney1.fsnet.co.uk

good luck
